Free FedEx Ground Shipping on Orders Over $295
Most new orders over $295 in value of in-stock items, shipping within the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska), will be shipped prepaid, with EDMO Distributors paying the shipping cost, up to 100 lbs (orders over 100 lbs do not qualify). EDMO Distributors will ship qualified orders via FedEx, but may also choose to ship by a more economical method, such as USPS. Exceptions to this policy (customer request to use UPS, for example) will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Hazardous Product Restrictions: Free Freight offer excludes any additional surcharges or fees resulting from HAZMAT shipments. Any hazardous material surcharges and handling fees will be invoiced or charged to your freight account.
Other Restrictions: Offer does not apply for previously existing open backorders (i.e., orders submitted prior to 9/11/23). Free shipping promotion excludes charges resulting from COD, overweight/oversized packages, or extended delivery fees and items at management discretion. If an order involves split shipments of stock from two different warehouse locations, the limit is two shipments per order. Free FedEx 2-day Delivery on Orders Over $500
Most new orders over $500 in value of in-stock items, shipping within the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska), will be shipped prepaid, with EDMO Distributors paying the shipping cost, up to 50 lbs (orders over 50 lbs do not qualify). All other considerations/restrictions are the same as the free ground shipping offer.
Insurance Policy
Free shipping promotion does not include free insurance coverage beyond the FedEx standard coverage of $100 per shipment. Standard EDMO policy (per our Terms & Conditions) is to charge and add shipping insurance to cover the full value of shipments unless customers explicitly opt out of the insurance coverage at the time the order is placed. If customers opt out of this full insurance coverage, shipments will carry the standard FedEx coverage of $100 per shipment, and the remaining value of the shipment will be at the customer’s risk (exceptions to this will be handled on a case-by-case basis).
