Description
Fiber optic pin and socket connector cleaners are mechanical cleaning tools designed to clean connectors residing in an adapter or faceplate and unmated connectors. These cleaning tools use a dry cleaning strand to gently sweep and lift away dust and residues from the connector end face. A simple pushing motion engages the tool followed by an audible click informs the user when the tool is fully engaged.
This variant (EDMO# 13310) cleans 2.5 mm based connector systems and has a 1.8 mm cleaning region. Works with connector types SC, ST, FC E2000, and TFOCA.
