The CI 196 antenna (EDMO# CI-196) is a four-internal-hole-mount style VHF communications blade antenna with an offset BNC port. This antenna is equivalent to the CI 119 VHF communications antenna except for the mounting hole pattern and is suitable for either top or bottom mounting on both light and heavy fixed-wing single-engine and multi-engine aircraft and helicopters.
