The LockNClimb Ladder Safety System offers aircraft maintenance
technicians a safe and secure platform for reaching the service points
around corporate and general aviation aircraft and helicopters. This
safety ladder system is ideal for maintenance tasks such as insertion
and removal of aircraft GPU connections, servicing components inside the
wheel well area, checking static discharge ports and inspection panels,
and difficult access points during routine inspections. The design of
these ladders is optimized to place a technician in the optimum location
of the aircraft, specific to the task at hand, to provide a safe and
secure work environment for preventing accidents and injuries.
LockNClimb ladders meet OSHA and ANSI standards, are equipped with extra
wide comfort treads, and feature a patented 6061-grade aluminum base.
Pylon ladders
can be easily moved around the to perform various maintenance
tasks. The lightweight, helipylon style is designed to slip over the
skids of helicopters providing stable and close-up access to the work area. Free standing pylon ladders roll easily and setup quickly to save valuable time. These ladders provide access to hard to reach areas, and the extra wide treads offer comport during extended periods of time.
Helicadet
ladders can be positioned over the skids of helicopters such as the Bell
429 or MD 530A. Two Helicadet ladders may be positioned on opposite
sides of the fuselage allowing for two technicians to work in tandem.
A-Frame
safety ladders feature a large slip resistant top deck with rubber padding on two sides to protect delicate aircraft parts. A spring loaded towing handles for easy maneuverability, and extra wide comfort treads allow technicians to stand securely for extended periods of time. The rubber padding prevents damage to the aircraft, and reflective tape offers improved visibility for enhanced safety. Available in 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12 foot heights.
EELite extendable, fiberglass ladders are used to access the E&E fuselage compartments. These ladders easily roll up to the aircraft fuselage to open the compartment door and then extended upward into the compartment allowing full access to the work area. When finished, the EELite is easily collapsed and rolled away.
Corporate jet ergonomic safety ladders provide
maintenance technicians working in line operations, MRO facilities, and
engine shops a safe and secure work platform and easy access to service
locations around the aircraft. Free standing pylon ladders roll easily
