Description

SAE AS22759 wire is a fluoropolymer–insulated, single-conductor wire offering excellent performance for a variety of military aerospace and commercial applications. It has high performance and reliability in severe wind and moisture prone (SWAMP) zones such as engine nacelles as well as areas requiring overload stability, low smoke emission and fire resistance, such as aircraft cabins.

SAE AS22759/41 is ideal for use in avionics because of its superior resistance to moisture, chemicals, solvents, smoke, and flame. A nickel-plated copper conductor and dual-layer cross-linked, extruded ETFE insulation also give this wire multi-purpose qualities for other commercial applications.
