Product Description

M27500 specification provides for a wide range of construction options allowing for optimal performance in virtually any environment. Any number of design components are available for users to choose from — including conductor size, number of conductors, insulation type, shield material (or no shield), circuit identification, and single or double walled jacket.

SAE AS22759/8 wiring are shielded and jacketed cables with PTFE tape or extruded PFA jackets that surround MIL-W-22759/7 or/8 wires. These component wires are insulated with light-weight mineral filled PTFE, and have silver-plated or nickel-plated copper conductors.

This M27500-22TA2N06 PTFE taped wrapped wire (EDMO# 22TA2N06) has two, 22 AWG, nickel-coated copper conductors and taped PTFE jacket material. Meets Mil-Spec 22759/8 and rated for 260°C and 600 volts.
