Product Description

The TB20 lithium-ion aircraft battery is configurable to meet the needs of each specific aircraft, including charge current limit, end-of-life capacity, minimum dispatch capacity and engine-start readiness. The intelligent battery systems communicate real-time, reliable and accurate state of charge and state of health. The TB20 weighs up to 60% less, and delivers more amps per pound, than any other battery. This translates into more power for engine starts, more energy for emergency and back-up power, ultra-fast recharge and much longer life.

Features

  • 20 amp-hour battery at 23ºC, nominal
  • Lighter than lead-acid and nickel-cadmium alternatives — only 20 lb
  • Advanced NanoPhosphate® lithium-ion cell chemistry
  • Superior performance at extreme temperatures (-40°C to 70°C)
  • Overcharge, over-discharge, over-current, short circuit, over-temperature, under-temperature and charge current limiting protection
  • Built-in Test (BIT) Indicator communicates real-time state-of-charge and state-of-health
  • Higher voltage during engine start — Less wear, less maintenance and increased useful life
  • On-condition maintenance
