Description
The StrutWipe hydraulic wipe is a pre-saturated cleaning and lubricating cloth made from a non-woven, cotton fabric that is free from lint and static discharge. The 100% recycled material is created without using any starches, binders, or foreign substances. This combination offers a softer finish while enhancing the dirt-trapping ability of contaminants down to five microns. Each cotton wipe meets AMS3819 specifications, which is used by pharmaceutical grade materials in ISO Class 5 clean rooms, and will not fray. There are two cleaning and lubricating fluid options available — each meeting either MIL-PRF-5606 or MIL-PRF-83282 specifications. Each individual wipe is reusable and packaged in an impulse heat-sealed, tamper-proof bag that protects maintenance personnel from hydraulic fluid exposure. StrutWipe provides a simple solution for cleaning and caring for aircraft struts.
This Strutwipe 756 (EDMO# 6X6-SW-756) is a 6 x 6 inch cloth.
