The 8800 series military purpose toggle switches have a silicone rubber seal around the lever to resist entry of contaminates such as dust, sand or water into the contact structure. 

This 8800 series toggle switch (EDMO# 8832K6) is a double-pole, double-throw toggle switch. Positions: ON-OFF-ON(momentary)
