Product Description

This Affordable Aviation Seat Roller Kit (EDMO# AASK-2-KIT) is an FAA/PMA-approved direct replacement for OEM 5/8-inch diameter seat rollers found in Cessna aircraft with standard or vertically adjustable seats (one or no crank handles). This kit replaces Cessna P/N 1414100-212 contains (4) S1551-1 nylon rollers, (4) 1414104-54 steel bushings, and (8) S1554-1 flat acetyl guide washers, which replace worn Cessna parts, allowing the front seats to move easily fore and aft on the seat track rails. The nylon rollers are made from high-quality Nylatron®, which offers greater wear resistance, high mechanical strength, lower surface friction, stiffness, hardness, and greater rigidity, which all adds up to a superior and durable/long-service-life roller. The wear washers are made from acetyl plastic and have far better wear properties and resistance to aging. The bushings are made from chromoly steel with a clear zinc plating finish for corrosion resistance.
