Product Description

Telex's next-generation Ascend ANR Headset provides a redesigned, more comfortable fit with high-quality sound. This versatile design was created for the cockpit but is easily reconfigured for personal use with the ability to change the connector, remove the boom, or add a battery. The advanced noise reduction (ANR) system coupled with limited speaker output and high-bandwidth frequency response provides the user with crystal-clear sound. A unique chassis equipped with pivoting ear cups provides a comfortable fit for the user and can be swiveled a full 180 for easy storage.

The Telex Ascend has been meticulously designed and rigorously tested to meet the FAA TSO standards necessary for use in commercial aircraft.

Advanced noise reduction (ANR) system shields out common cockpit noises like wind or avionics cooling fans (ANR is powered by a mic bias or rechargeable battery module)
Highly adjustable design accommodates use in the cockpit but transitions easily to recreational applications with a removable boom and interchangeable connector
Headset can be folded flat for storage; the unique chassis has pivoting ear cups that provide a comfortable fit for the user and with 180 of rotation, the headset can be folded up for easy storage
