Product Description

The Ameri-Fit pack was created to help Ameri-King ELT owners comply with the FAA’s Airworthiness Directive, which became effective in late 2017 regarding the AK-450 and AK-451 models manufactured by Ameri-King. This pack is one complete kit including the Integra ELT, a remote control panel, a mounting bracket as well as various connectors to enable a quick and easy retrofit installation.

The Integra ELT comes with a 10-year manufacturer warranty, the longest period in the industry, ensuring pilots fly safely for a longer time. Moreover, it is equipped with a 406 MHz back-up antenna, which enables the ELT to transmit the 406 MHz distress signal independently from the aircraft — in the event the external antenna becomes broken or damaged. Its embedded GPS improves location accuracy to hundreds of meters, avoiding the cost of a GPS interface installation.
