The 8800SX Digital Radio Test Set expands upon the features of the 8800 series with a 10 MHz external reference and enhanced software which boosts speed and testing of land mobile radio systems. It accommodates the testing of new and legacy land mobile radios by providing a wide range of digital and analog test features in a hybrid, portable design equipped with the industry's largest color touch-screen display. This test set provides higher direct power measurements up to 125 watts and a measurement range from -140 dBm to 500 watts. The 8800SX is a one-box solution that provides advanced features including auto-test, digital modulation analysis plots, and an internal 500 watt (4% accuracy) in-line power meter.

This 8800MT Mission Test System (EDMO# 8800MT) is an 8800SX Digital Radio Test Set packaged specifically for testing Motorola radios. It includes the option 30- Mission Test Package (Motorola), 5A fuse, power supply, AC power cord, N(m) to BNC(f) Adapters (qty 3), and Front C.
