Product Description

The BIG Down converter is a FAA TSO approved DC-DC down converter that has a reputation as a highly reliable power supply. This converter is designed to operate as a step-up or a step-down power converter. The main converter provides 28 VDC to 13.8 VDC up to a maximum of 10/12P amps which can operate 13.8 VDC equipment in a 28 volt aircraft. Additional outputs provide the step-down converter 5, 7.5, 9, 13.8, 16, 19, 24, 28 VDCs. The step-up option is available for special order which provides 14 volts to 5, 7.5, 9, 13.8, 16, 19, 24, 28 VDC. Designed with a 96% efficient DC power module, the multiple output voltages offer OV, OC, OT, SC, RP protections.

The LS03-05026-1 connector kit is required and sold separately.
