The Model 251 passenger speaker amplifier is a remote-controlled unit that is operated from switches and potentiometers located in the cockpit or cabin of the aircraft. This unit receives audio from various sources to send speakers located in the cabin. The 251 passenger audio amplifier also provides fasten seat belt and no smoking chime tones, cabin call ring tone, ADF, pilot selection Com (PSC), Briefer and cabin paging audio (in mono) to the cabin speakers. It also provides stereo audio from an external AM/FM stereo receiver, cassette tape, or CD player to cabin speakers as well as auxiliary outputs.
