Product Description

The Avionics TDR (6021-5154*) troubleshoots OSP, drop, or twisted pair cables (CAT 2 to Cat 6A) and single wires in bundles or harnesses. It uses step technology to accurately locate and display wire faults and then stores, recalls, and uploads traces to the PC by name, date, and time. It also has MicroFault locating for finding small coax kinks and crushes that might affect service but are difficult to see on a normal TDR trace. Ideal for testing Coax, Twinax, Triax, Telco OSP, or LAN twisted pairs Cat 2 to Cat 6A. Equipped with a user-friendly interface and includes a Setup Wizard, Named Menu Keys, and Context-Sensitive help. Internal cable list holds 64 cable types, can be user edited, and modified lists can be uploaded or downloaded to a PC using ETDR PC Vision™ software.

The SWR Site Analyzer (6050-5050**) measures VSWR, return loss, and frequency domain reflectometer (FDR) on a frequency range of 100 KHz to 1.4 GHz. It features a full color, backlit display with excellent readability — even in full daylight — and 50 memory slots allow users to save and recall plots on the the device or upload to a PC using the included Site Analyzer PC Vision™ software. This site analyzer is designed with an easy-to-use navigation menus and custom color settings for displaying measurement plots.
