Product Description

Start Pac's mobile starting unit provides fast engine starting for both turbine and piston aircraft engines. This unit includes built-in charger, power plugs and cables. It supplies a 28 VDC current for starting the largest electrically started turbine or piston engines – including the Garrent TPE331.

Start Pac patented technology provides faster and cooler engine starts than most manufacture aircraft batteries which extends engine life and lowers operating costs. Quick-change batteries can be changed in the field in less then a minute without requiring the use of any tools. In addition, certain aircraft will allow onboard recharging of a GPU unit without an AC power source — making this portable engine starting unit virtually maintenance-free.

This mobile aircraft engine starting unit (EDMO# 6028QC) provides a 28 VDC output, 2,300 peak current amps, and built-in float-type charger.
