ASI-299 ALT Test Panel

Product Description

The ASI-299 ALT test panel provides capability to test and repair the Collins ALT-1000, ALT-4000, and ALT-55B radio altimeter R/T units. This unit provide power, test points, discretes, monitoring, and interconnection required for testing.

The ASI-299 work in conjunction with the Collins CTC-429 CSDB/ARINC interface card (822-0854-001), ISA computer, and the ASI-29-9G BITE interface cable to provide computer controlled testing of the ALT-4000. The Avionica GP-429 ARINC 429 interface module maybe substituted in place of the Collins CTC-429 CSDB/ARINC interface card. For this application the ASI-29-9J BITE interface cable must be used instead of the ASI-29-9G. The ALT-4000 BITE interface disk (831-4676-00x) must be purchased directly from Collins in order to ensure latest revision of the test software.
