Product Description

The ASI-700-2 discrete function interface unit is functionally equivalent the T1201 and is designed to test Honeywell (Bendix) and Rockwell Collins ARINC 700/900 series of ADF, ILS, MB, and VOR line replaceable units (LRU).

This test unit works in conjunction with an ARINC 429/629 data bus generator to provide the LRU with all voltages, discrete, control inputs and outputs required for ""by the book"" testing per manufacture maintenance manual. The the Honeywell LRU is done untilizing the optional test proceedures shown in the appendix of the LRU maintenance manual. The ASI-502 can be used as an ADF/ILS/VOR ARINC 429 control head simulator.
