All PanaVise vises and work holding tools have a "lifetime warranty". The Heavy Duty Clamping PanaVise Combo (EDMO# MODEL313) consists of the standard head, standard base, and clamping base mount. It is a MUST for every work bench! The patented "split ball" allows the head to tilt, turn and rotate and position your work anywhere you want it.
