Product Description

The SC50 is a lightweight, static inverter using the latest state of the art, solid state circuitry for inverting a 28 VDC input to a 115 VAC current at a 400 Hz sine wave output. The design features a crystal controlled oscillator for output frequency stability as well as a pulse-width-modulated square to sine wave power conversion scheme providing efficient and reliable operation. The SC50 is ideal to power airborne and ground instruments, such as compasses, gyros, radars and navigation equipment.
